The status of women in management positions of the foundations and endowment funds

The diploma thesis is focused on the topic of women in leading positions of foundations and endowment fund. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the work discusses the role of women in society, historical development and theoretical concepts with an emphasis on the explanation of concepts that are intertwined in the contexts of civil society. It describes the segment of foundations and endowment funds in more detail, clarifies the basic specifics of the non-profit sector with an emphasis on values and the meaning of work, and explains the individual concepts associated with the position of women in the management of organizations. In the empirical part, qualitative research is carried out, which deals with understanding the experience of women who hold a director's position in foundations and foundation funds at several levels. A key element is the clarification of the path of individual women to the leadership of a specific organization, their motivation and possible barriers. How do women see themselves in a leading position and what is their view of the story and culture of a particular organization. Personal prose with an authorial commentary

RESUME The thesis 'Personal prose with an authorial commentary' consists of two parts. The first part is the authorial prose. The prose is titled The Subject: This is a novel in emails describing a partnership triangle. Jirka responds to Danka's advertisement on an Internet dating site looking for a pen pal. Although both of them are living with a partner their pen friendship grows into a love afair. The relationship and intimacy of characters are revealed through the correspondence of other people. Not only does Jirka correspond with Karel, his friend, but also his girlfriend confides Jirka's behavior to her friend Šárka. Jirka gets himself into a difficult position between two women. They then resolve the situation for him - both abandon him. In the second part of the thesis - reflection - the circumstances of the work's origin are discussed and particular aspects of the novel are reflected. In addition to the plot construction, character configuration and their characteristics the main focus is on the meaning of the work, and due to which the work's conclusion and the title have suffered. The Performance of Duties to Employ Disabled People by Employers in the Area of České Budějovice

People with disabilities are among the group of people vulnerable to unemployment, especially the long-term one. On the labor market there is enhanced protection provided for people with disabilities. Act 435/2004 Coll., On Employment regulates the obligation of employers to employ people with disabilities. All employers who employ more than 25 employees must meet the mandatory proportion in the amount of 4 % of its total staff. There are three possible ways how to meet this proportion. Employers may directly employ people with disabilities; they may acquire goods or services from those employers who employ more than 50 % of people with disabilities; or they may apply the payment to the state budget. All these options are considered equivalent and can be combined. The aim of this work is to evaluate the fulfillment of the mandatory proportion among the employers in the district of České Budejovice in the past 5 years (2010 - 2014).

The Effect Of Unemployment On Human Life

My gradutaion thesis focus on the effect of unemployment to human living. The main goal of this work is showing the negatives implications of unemployment. In the theoretical part is the definition of the work presented and also the meaning of work and its effect to human living from various angles. Further is focusing on definition of unemployment, dividing of unemployment and areas of human living, which is influencing, strategy of managing the unemployment and services through them should be the unemployed resolve. The empirical part is focusing on research with the main goal to uncover the influence of changes, which are due to loss of employment. Further is focusing on the meaning of work / employment to human living and than on the question how the unemployed feels the intresse of Bureau of Labour and others institutions to their unfavourable living situation. Empirical part is also focusing on the effect of economical crisis to their unemployment.

Unemployment and its Effects on Person Psyche

My thesis is focused on the hot actual topic, which is the unemployment. The aim of the paper is to show the negative impacts of unemployment. Firstly, I am trying to define the unemployment, labour market, participants on this market and active policy of unemployment. In the second part, I concentrate on the negative impact of unemployment which it leaves on the person{\crq}s psyche. I demonstrate the relationship between health and unemployment. Further, I describe the reaction of surroundings on the unemployment. I am also trying to show the possibilities of defence and protection from the unemployment.
